Shipping
Policy
We ship with Canada Post, we provide you with tracking once your order has shipped out. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by canada post. We will not replace or refund packages lost by fault of Canada Post or yourself, however, if we are at fault like a wrong adress we will give you a full replacement.
International Customers, depending where you are located we will use the most cost efficient shipping option that includes tracking. There will be no refunds or repllacements on lost or confiscated packages unless we are somehow at fault.

Domestic EXTRACT Deliveries Over $180.00 will qualify for free shipping.
Refund & Exchange
There are no refund or returns on extract products unless your received a wrong order. We suggest you film yourself or have someone else film you open the package, this avoids any conflict. We will film ourselves packaging the order so there is no discrepencies. We ask that if you get the wrong order send us an email immediately with the video if you have it. We will then inform you what to do which sometimes will include you having to send the package back to us. Warranty for most non extract Items in the shop is 30 days from purchase, This is with a legitimate reason for returning such as faulty product or missing peices. This again will require you to send the item back to us. When we receieve the item you will receive your refund in form of STORE CREDIT. Exchanges are possible upon request.

Due to the nature of our business we only accept e-transfers and bitcoin at this time, trusted customers may receive pay pal priviliges but we want to keep the use of pay pal to a minimum as we are not big fans of it in general.

​How to pay E-transfer

Register for online banking with your bank. This can be done online, or if you need assistance call your branch directly.

Locate the E-Transfers section in online banking.

Add our email provided along with the total amount shown on the invoice

We will provide you with a secret word for the transfer, The secret word and instructions will be given once you have checked out. Please read carefully.

Once you have submitted the E-Transfer, we have to wait for the E-Transfer to arrive to us. Your order will be marked off as “Processing” until the payment clears.
Note: E-Transfers are not instant and can take up to 2 days.
